Having first been a student, then a teaching contributor and finally a permanent faculty member at the CMDL, Jean-Michel Charbonnel is continuing his journey within the Centre by taking on the role of Pedagogical Coordinator.

Alongside his teaching in bass, double bass, harmony and jazz repertoire ensemble, he will bring his experience and attention to detail to the organisation and development of the CMDL’s educational programmes.

This new role marks a natural continuation of his rich journey within the Centre. Having moved from the student side of the classroom to teaching and now to coordinating the programmes, Jean-Michel knows the CMDL from several perspectives and will be able to put this experience to work for the benefit of students, teachers and the institution’s educational vision.

We are delighted to have him take on this new responsibility and wish him every success in his new role at the CMDL.
