As the international dimension has become essential in the training of young musicians, CMDL adheres to the Erasmus Charter, the International Association of Schools of Jazz (IASJ), and the European Association of Conservatoires (AEC). CMDL develops partnerships with the most prestigious international music schools.

European Week
Every year, the CMDL invites an internationally renowned musician-composer and students from various European institutions to work on a “large ensemble” project led by the guest. During this week, professors from these different institutions come to teach at the CMDL.
