As a foreign candidate, you can access the DNSPM and BACHELOR entrance exams and join the French university higher education system. You can register directly on the training page of your choice (DNSPM/ LICENCE)

For foreign applicants outside the EU or EEA
To continue your studies in France in the first year of a degree-level course, you will have to prove your right of access to higher education in your country of origin and your level of the French language adapted to the training envisaged. The procedure is different depending on your country of origin.

You must follow the Application for Prior Admission (PAD) procedure and complete the dossier blanc.
This file, together with the supporting documents requested, must be filed with the Cooperation and Cultural Action Service of the French Embassy of your country of residence. Do this as soon as possible.
Opening of the procedure: November 2021- Closing of the procedure: 15 December 2021
Unless an exception is made (see the notice on the form on page 5), candidates must take a language test for a fee (the price is 65 euros).
