For all foreign candidates
As a foreign candidate, you can access the DNSPM and BACHELOR entrance exams and join the French university higher education system. You can register directly on the training page of your choice (DNSPM/ LICENCE)
You will be asked to provide the following supporting documents:
1 copy of the diploma of access to foreign higher education (with translation)
1 copy of the foreign higher education diploma (with translation)
1 copy of the diploma or certificate of completion for any foreign music diploma (with translation)

For foreign applicants outside the EU or EEA
To continue your studies in France in the first year of a degree-level course, you will have to prove your right of access to higher education in your country of origin and your level of the French language adapted to the training envisaged. The procedure is different depending on your country of origin.
— You live in France
If you are a national of a country outside the EU, the EEA and Switzerland, hold or are preparing a foreign high school diploma and if you live in France, you must make a Preliminary Admission Request (DAP) green file.
This file, accompanied by the supporting documents requested, must be submitted to the chosen French University.
Barring exceptions, candidates must take a paid language test (the price is 74 euros).

— You do not live in France
If you are a national of a country outside the EU, the EEA and Switzerland, hold a foreign high school diploma and if you live in your country, you will have to carry out a Application for Prior Admission (DAP) white file.
This file, accompanied by the supporting documents requested, must be submitted to the chosen French University.
Opening of DAP registrations: October 1, 2024 – Closing of registrations: December 15, 2024
— You live in one of the countries concerned by the “Studies in France” procedure

You will make a Prior Admission Request (DAP) and follow the “Studies in France” procedure.
The DAP is done online from the “Etudes en France” platform.
